
We are Elisabeth & Fabian and founded SOULA with the desire to rethink plant-based and alcohol-free enjoyment.
Together with our team, we prepare our dishes fresh and with a lot of manual work, and we are constantly developing our menu.
In addition to our signature dishes, you will find seasonally changing dishes, homemade desserts and creative zero-proof drinks: from alcohol-free spritzers to botanicals, cocktails and wine alternatives.
In our kitchen, you'll find both plant-based interpretations of traditional dishes and meals where vegetables themselves take center stage. Because both have their place: familiar classics reimagined and creative dishes that demonstrate the versatility of plant-based cuisine.
